This Website is operated by Shed Art Therapy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shed Art Therapy. Shed Art Therapy offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, participants, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current Website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
PURCHASES THROUGH THIS WEBSITE
Shed Art Therapy offers and sells through this Website: www.shedarttherapy.com.au All currency and purchase transactions will be performed in Australian Dollars. Shed Art Therapy reserves the right to change pricing at any time. All prices quoted on this website include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless specified otherwise.
We accept the following payment methods:

REFUND & RESCHEDULE POLICY
Bookings can be cancelled for $25 non-negotiable fee* per transaction up to 48-hours before a scheduled session time. If cancelling within that 48-hour window, a $55 non-negotiable fee* per ticket will be applied. For bookings of 6+ tickets, there will be a $55 non-negotiable fee per ticket to cancel at any time.
Important: we are very strict on ‘no shows’. If a customer does not show up for the booked program, we’ll still charge the full amount. We are unable to refund, reschedule or provide credit for a missed session.
CANCELLATION OF SESSION BY SHED ART THERAPY
In the event a public session is cancelled by Shed Art Therapy, the ticket purchaser will be notified via email or text message as soon as possible, prior to their session scheduled start time. Ticket purchasers will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session or credited the value of their purchase for future use.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Upon purchase, your booking will be submitted to Shed Art Therapy for processing. You will receive a confirmation email describing the date, time, ticket quantity, and cost of your booking. This email confirmation of your order will be taken as proof of your acceptance of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the data recorded by Shed Art Therapy on its server shall be treated as legal evidence of the transaction between Shed Art Therapy and the Purchaser.
COPYRIGHT
All artwork, paintings, photos, graphics, text, audio clips, button icons, slogans, trade names and other intellectual property contained on Shed Art Therapy website, belongs exclusively to Shed Art Therapy. You may not use, reproduce, modify, copy, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit any of the content or otherwise dispose of any of the content in a way not permitted by us, without our express written consent.
CONDITIONS OF ATTENDING
COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Shed Art Therapy is taking all necessary precautions outlined by the state government. Shed Art Therapy, reserve the right to refuse attendance or ask participants to leave the premises if they do not reasonably follow the below. We ask that participants assist in this by not attending if:
- are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever);
- have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 (during the period of time in which the virus is contagious);
- are awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;
- reside with anyone who is awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;
- have returned from international or interstate (where relevant) travel and failed to observe the government requirement to quarantine for 14 days.
Visitors who are not subject to any of the above conditions for exclusion must be willing and able to agree to the following requirements to:
leave the site immediately if they become unwell, after notifying a staff member:
- at all times, maintain social distancing measures (as per the NSW Health guidelines) with respect to other visitors and staff:
- maintain good personal hand hygiene by washing their hands regularly and thoroughly and/or using hand sanitiser;
- maintain good respiratory hygiene by coughing or sneezing into their elbow or a tissue, and then disposing of tissues immediately;
- provide Shed Art Therapy with their name and contact details and consent to Shed Art Therapy providing their name and contact details to the NSW Department of Health or any other third-party government department, as required to enable contact tracing procedures;
- acknowledge that they may be asked to wait, or be refused participating, in any Shed Art Therapy programs in the event that the site has reached its total capacity under NSW Health social distancing requirements;
- respond accurately to the following questions if asked by staff:
- Are you or anyone you live with currently undergoing testing or awaiting results for the COVID-19 virus?
- Have you or anyone you live with tested positive for the COVID-19 virus and have not been medically cleared as non-contagious?
- Do you have any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever)?
- acknowledge the right of Shed Art Therapy to refuse participating or request their departure from our sites at any time and for any reason; at all times, treat staff and other visitors with respect.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Shed Art Therapy does not accept responsibility for any losses or damage incurred to personal belongings or clothing. Participants should dress appropriately to the activity.
RESPECT PROPERTY OF SHED ART THERAPY
Participants should not cause damage to any property owned by Shed Art Therapy, in the instance their property is damaged, the participant is liable to pay for the repairs or in the case that it is unable to be repaired the participant will be asked to replace or cover the costs of the item/s.
ALCOHOL
Shed Art Therapy programs are alcohol free, participants will be asked to leave if they are intoxicated.
SMOKING
Shed Art Therapy asks that you take in consideration of the locations and others and encourage a smoke-free session, particularly if smoking is not permitted under any circumstances at the location, Shed Art Therapy is not liable for the consequences or fines if fined or prosecuted.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
For the safety and security of guests and staff, please note recorded video surveillance and silent alarms may be in use.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Shed Art Therapy may take promotional photos or videos during a public or private event. Customers have the right to decline to have their images captured and should make this known to the staff members. Customers should also avoid taking photographs and videos of other guests, unless permission is given. No images are to be captured of minors, unless permission is granted by the parent or guardian.
Our Rights – Shed Art Therapy reserve the right to:
- Refuse guests’ entry to the premises.
- Request guests leave the premises without a refund, should they breach any of these conditions of entry.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The purchaser agrees that the provision of any service, including but not limited to art therapy sessions, purchased from our website is at the Purchaser’s sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Shed Art Therapy will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any services provided from this website or establishment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. No oral advice or written information given by Shed Art Therapy nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers’ directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the purchaser rely on any such information or advice.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Participating in a Group Art Therapy Practice, online or face to face, is a choice and is made up of participants that could be vulnerable and experiencing mental illness and social barriers. People who participate in a Group Art Therapy Practice have the opportunity to benefit from sharing personal experiences, giving and receiving supportive and constructive feedback, and experimenting with new interpersonal behaviors. To ensure all participants experience a safe and supported creative practice, all participants must agree to the following prior to the session.
- All information discussed in this group is confidential.
- This request means that you may not discuss the identity or identifying information, or share the reactions of any member of this group with anyone outside of the group.
- You may talk about your own personal reactions, but not about others’ identifying information or reactions.
- Exceptions to confidentiality with regard to your facilitator/therapist(s) and as a mandatory reporter: imminent danger to self and/or others, child/elder abuse, subpoenaed records, and threat to national security.
- No group member is ever to be humiliated, hazed, or abused in any way.
- By signing this and joining the group, I agree to avoid this destructive behavior.
- We encourage members to engage in active listening, with the aim of listening for deep understanding as opposed to listening to respond.
- Will respect all beliefs, cultures and sexual identities of all participants within the group
- You will not record or take photos during the group creative practice.
